Yes - MILEHAM is a Licensed Master Builder (Class 1 and Class 2), providing a Build Only service building from your approved DA or CDC plans. Even if your plans are still underway, or are currently going through the approval process, you can book some time with us to discuss a build estimate.
Don’t have Construction Certificate documentation from your designer? We can arrange this for you as well.
