Please note, this appraisal is best suited for home buyers looking to undertake a major project with their new home purchase e.g. home extension, addition, major internal renovation, or knock down rebuild.

Available either during a scheduled real estate listing Inspection time (including Saturdays), or by Private Appointment as arranged by you with the real estate agent. Please book your preferred Inspection/Appointment time on the following page.
You will be invoiced after your Assessment.
