But, how much will your design ideas actually cost to build? Are your ideas allowable within local council planning controls? Is the home structurally sound to accommodate your design vision? Essentially, how much do you need to keep aside so that you know how much you should bid on auction day to stay within your overall budget?

MILEHAM's Pre-Home Purchase Renovation Consultation with James Pilcher will give you an Architect and Builder's experienced insight and knowledge to understand the structural requirements, planning avenues, and design/build cost estimates you should account for in your overall budget, before the hammer falls.

Please note, this Consultation is best suited for home buyers looking to undertake a major project with their new home purchase e.g. home extension, addition, major internal renovation, or knock down rebuild.
