One of the most exciting parts of buying a new home is thinking about the improvement possibilities for that home, to either increase its market value (if you’re looking to flip), or enhance its overall floorplan flow or aesthetic as your family home for the long term.

- How much will your design ideas actually cost to build?
- Are your ideas allowable within local planning controls?
- Is the home you’re intending to buy structurally sound to accommodate your design vision? Or will you need to invest to make it structurally sound before you can begin the design?
Essentially, how much of your overall budget do you need to keep aside for your renovation, so that you can know your ceiling auction bid?
MILEHAM's Pre-Home Purchase Renovation Appraisal with James Pilcher gives you an Architect and builder's experienced insight and knowledge to understand the structural requirements, planning avenues, and design/build cost estimates you need to account for in your overall budget, before the hammer falls.
Available either during a scheduled real estate listing inspection time (including Saturdays), or by Private Appointment as arranged by you with the real estate agent.
