One of the most exciting elements of buying your new home is thinking about the design possibilities for that home, to increase its market value (if you’re looking to flip), or enhance its overall lifestyle enjoyment for your family as a long term home.
But, how much will your design ideas actually cost to build? Are your ideas allowable within local council planning controls? Is the home you’re intending to buy structurally sound to accommodate your design vision? Essentially, how much of your budget do you need to keep aside so that you know how much you should bid on auction day to stay within your overall budget?
MILEHAM's Pre-Home Purchase Renovation Consultation with James Pilcher will give you an Architect and Builder's experienced insight and knowledge to understand the structural requirements, planning avenues, and design/build cost estimates you should account for in your overall budget, before the hammer falls.
Available either during a scheduled real estate listing Inspection time (including Saturdays), or by Private Appointment as arranged by you with the real estate agent.
Currently only available in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.
