Prompted by a sea change, this young family required a large family home design to reflect their love of beachside and outdoor living. Situated on the South Coast, this home has been designed to maximise views of the stunning Illawarra escarpment, with double height living room windows and north facing entertaining terraces.

The new house is centred around a double height stairwell void which allows natural light to flood in all day and encourages natural ventilation throughout the home.
