Grand Apartment Living

A new lease of life was given to this original Art Deco apartment residence in Sydney’s leafy Eastern Suburbs, which needed a refresh of the floor plan to welcome natural light and reflect modern day, open plan living preferences.

The design and build brief involved original 1920s architecture which was painstakingly maintained, restored, and replicated throughout to ensure a seamless cohesion between the new and existing construction.

The interiors were complemented with exquisite designer fittings and finishes to reflect the client’s exceptional taste for luxury. Sisal flooring was installed, custom wall to wall joinery implemented for additional living storage, and a refreshed bathroom and wainscotting also installed. Necessary electrical works, painting and decorating works were also conducted to complement the new finishes and bring cohesion throughout the apartment.
